I'm back for good this time. This is my life and I won't let anyone try to make it otherwise. I'm reinventing myself to be a better person than I was before. I'm fixing my fixable flaws and learning to see the world in a different point of view. Wouldn't it be amazing if everyone saw beautiful things like this


I'm happy to report I'm slowly starting to trust people easier. I've been through broken promise after broken promise and after Brandon's death, I lost all faith in the human race. I'm learning to tear down the wall I'd built up in the past year. I want to be able to enjoy my senior without having to hold back because I'm too afraid to let people in. I'm ready to meet new people. I'm ready to say hello to the world I had turned my back on. I'm ready to live each day like it was my last. I'm ready to finally and truly be happy.

Speaking of Brandon, I've been emailing his mom a lot lately. Most of you know in the 3 years Brandon and I were together, I was super close to his family. After everything thats happened, I'm finally feeling like its okay for me to get involved with another guy. She told me to look at my relationship with Brandon as a teaching experience and she's right. Brandon taught me how to love unselfishly. He taught me what love feels like. I have to thank him for letting me experience those feelings. I am finally ready to go out and find this.



I'm leaving Thursday to go on a camping trip with my best friend. She just got back from her trip to the west coast and we've got a lot of catching up to do. I can not wait for a campfire and a good smore. In case you were wondering a perfect smore is a golden brown marshmallow with Hershey's chocolate. This is a picture from last year when I went camping.

You can tell I've obviously got some mad skills at mini golf.
